bummer

Miss Sprinkles is sick! This is when I need an assistant!! I have so many orders this weekend and I don't even feel like moving from the couch or bed. I gotta get better ASAP!!!! I hate this being sick...I hope I can get these ordrers done!

3 Cupcake orders...

Just finished all 3 orders...carrot cake with buttercream frosting, Chocolate with caramel chocolate filling topped with creamy peanut butter frosting,  and Chocolate. Filled with raspberry rum creme topped with buttercream frosting.  These fillings have me so excited!! My creative juices start going crazy when I start making them!  I love using my Papa's honey in the filling instead of sugar.  It gives it a really creamy texture and great flavor.  I don't know why you wouldn't put filling in all of your cupcakes. 

I LOVE filling!!!!

New idea

So I'm really into trying new ideas...I just watched the end of Cupcake Wars.  The winner had a chocolate cupcake with raspberry vodka filling.  Sounds delicious!  I have 3 orders this weekend and I think I'm going to do a chocolate filled with raspberry vodka topped with yummy buttercream frosting.  The other two orders are chocolate with peanut butter and carrot cake!  The weather here is not so great so hopefully I can get to the store easily tomorrow....
